eKO Eco Series Yoga Mat

The eKO Series is Manduka's line of yoga mats made from natural rubber. They feature high grip and cushioning, and are designed to be eco-friendly, biodegrading into the earth after use. There are three types available, allowing you to choose based on thickness and intended use.

How to Choose (Thickness and Use)

If you prioritize cushioning and stability, the 5mm eKO is ideal. For portability to lessons, the 4mm eKO Lite is recommended. For travel or on-the-go, the foldable 1.5mm eKO Superlite Travel is perfect.

Series Comparison

• eKO (5mm): Made from natural rubber, offering a balance of grip and cushioning. For daily practice.
• eKO Lite (4mm): A lighter version of the eKO. Easy to carry to the studio.
