アドバイス

Wipe with a soft cloth and then dry thoroughly before storing.
*To ensure that your yoga mat lasts longer, we recommend using Mat Wash Renew to maintain it. Daily maintenance is very easy. Spray onto a wrung-out cloth, gently rub the mat, then wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth.

Regarding lines and wrinkles on the underside of the mat immediately after delivery

This is not a product defect, but because the mat is delivered from the factory in a rolled up state, it may be rolled up too tightly at the beginning, or the cut part of the mat may hit the back side, resulting in lines and wrinkles. (Located about 10-15cm from the edge) Inevitably, all products have such lines at the time of delivery and storage, but please rest assured that there is no problem with the quality or durability. <> Please try leaving the mat unfolded or rolled up on the other side, as the lines will fade. (Due to the nature of rubber, they may not disappear completely.) *As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for this reason.

Regarding mixed packages

This product is being sold in a mixed package of "welcome yogamat" and "begin yogamat" as we are in the transitional period with the (old) Welcome Yoga Mat. Please rest assured that there is no difference in the color or performance of the yoga mat regardless of the package. Please also note that you cannot choose the type of package.
